Drilling & Tapping: Full range of drills from small bench top models to full size Richmond Radial Arm type. Stock of Drills in small increments from 0.5mm upwards. Stock held of all common tap requirements to enable threading of your components, together with a comprehensive range of thread inserts (Helicoils) for attaching to softer materials.


Drill Sharpening: Professional drill sharpening via Darex SP2500. Sharpening of drills from 1.5mm to 26mm diameter, to manufacturers specification.


Sawing: Horizontal & Vertical Bandsaws cutting up to 400mm width x 300mm thickness of material

Surface Treatment: Sand Blasting (Various grades of media) for the removal of paint or unsightly marks prior to painting etc. Vapour Blasting (Pressurised water carrying very fine glass beads) to give your components a satin finish. Particularly good for exposed Aluminium surfaces.


Heat Treatment: Hardening & Tempering Furnaces enabling the heat treatment of Carbon Tool Steels to your required hardness. Also Hardness testing of the Rockwell C scale via Avery 1412 machine.


Graphic applications: In house facility for producing, scanning & manipulating graphic designs via 'Adobe Photoshop', & 'Corel Draw'. Colour printing.


Pattern Grading & Production: Aimed principally at the footwear & apparel industry, in house seat of 'Shoemaster' software, for the creation of designs, grading of sizes. Pattern production in various materials on either the Laser, Water Jet cutters, or graphtec plotter/cutter - input via digitising tablet and shoemaster software .
